40th Anniversary Edition of Ultravox's Lament album, originally released in April 1984, followed three successful albums with Midge Ure on vocals, along with two full world tours. Produced by the band themselves in the later half of 1983. The album includes the worldwide hit Dancing With Tears In My Eyes, along with One Small Day and the title track Lament. This new 72 track Deluxe Edition box set pulls together a newly remastered version of the album, all the single versions, b-sides, 12" remixes and rarities, along with 45 previously unreleased tracks, including a brand new 1980s style extended remix of every track on the album by Moby, Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree), Blank & Jones and Midge Ure, new 5.1 and Stereo mixes by Steven Wilson, newly mixed full concert from Hammersmith Odeon 1984, and a handful of work in progress mixes. Phaedra 50th Anniversary Edition is a six-disc 50th anniversary boxed set featuring a remastered original album mix, along with two discs of out-takes from the recording sessions. Originally released by Virgin Records in February 1974, Phaedra is one of Tangerine Dream's most successful and acclaimed albums, spending 15 weeks on the UK charts upon it's release. INTO THE LIGHT is based on David Coverdale's three solo records. The INTO THE LIGHT album was originally released as David Coverdale's 3rd solo album, in September 2000, and was his first solo record in 22 years. Here it's been remixed with extra tracks and presented as a Whitesnake album. With an impressive musical lineup, David is joined on INTO THE LIGHT by guitarists Earl Slick and Doug Bossi, bassist Marco Mendoza, who would later join Whitesnake, legendary drummer Denny Carmassi, who as well as Whitesnake, has played with Montrose and Heart, and Mike Finningan on keyboards, who had previously played with Jimi Hendrix in the 1960s. As well as plenty of unreleased songs and bonus tracks, the set includes "Too Many Tears," a song David wrote with Adrian Vandenberg and originally featured on Whitesnake's RESTLESS HEART album. Also included is "River Song," David's tribute to Jimi Hendrix, and "With All Of My Heart," a song David wrote for his wife, and in his own words, one of top ten songs that he's written. INTO THE LIGHT also features the singles "Slave," "Love Is Blind" and "Don't You Cry." The box set also includes David's first two solo records, whitesnake MCMLXXVII from 1977 and NORTHWINDS from 1978, the two titles he recorded immediately after leaving Deep Purple in 1976, in both remixed, expanded and remastered form.

The new edition was entirely remastered in both stereo and mono by Bob Ludwig at Gateway Mastering. The set features a reproduction of the 1969 7” mono picture sleeve single ‘Honky Tonk Women’/’You Can’t Always Get What You Want.’ That single was first released four months ahead of Let It Bleed, and went to No. 1 on both sides of the Atlantic. ‘Honky Tonk Women’ was reprised on the album with a country flavour as ‘Country Honk.’ Three 12” x 12” hand-numbered replica-signed lithographs are also featured, printed on embossed archival paper, as well as a full colour 23” x 23” poster, with restored artwork from the Decca Records package of 1969. The deluxe edition also has an 80-page hardcover book with an essay by music writer David Fricke, who observes in the notes: “No other rock & roll album of the late Sixties so embodied…the contradictions, turbulence of its time, creation and the band…than Let It Bleed.” There are also never-before-seen photos by the Stones’ tour photographer Ethan Russell. Let It Bleed will also be available as a stand-alone CD, vinyl LP, and digitally. Says Ludwig, who has mastered or remastered many other Stones albums: “When we did the first Let It Bleed remaster in 2002, our intention was to pay homage to the original work. When we did this new version, the purpose was to make it as great as it could possibly sound. If you listen on a good set of speakers or good headphones, you’ll hear subtle things in the background that are now much more clear that were somewhat hidden before.” The new edition faithfully reproduces the work of graphic designer Robert Brownjohn, whose original sketches for the Let It Bleed cover depict random round items on the spindle of an antique record player. They included a cake with figurines representing the members of the band. The sketches are on two 12” x 12” lithographs, hand numbered, replica-signed and printed on embossed archival paper. The set is completed by a third lithograph of the final art, without its titles, in a foil-stamped envelope. Brownjohn died less than a year after the album’s release of the album, and his estate has granted ABKCO exclusive use to manufacture his images and signature. The 50th anniversary release also has a reproduction of the full colour, 23” x 23” poster that accompanied Decca’s original 1969 UK release of the album.
