An Evening of Food & Spirits in Saskatoon

Come in for a champagne toast and a dinner of five fabulous courses paired with wine and spirits from around the world.
Start the evening off right with a welcoming toast of Drappier Champagne (France).
The First Course consists of a warming and seasonal butternut squash soup paired with Ciroc Vodka (France).
The Second courses is a beautiful Saffron Risotto with Pancetta and Scallops paired with Cinzano Rose Vermouth (Italy).
The Third Course consists of a tropical Hawaiian Tuna Poke paired with Sayuri Sake (Japan)
The Fourth Course is a wonderful local Beef Tenderloin served with a goat cheese potato cake and golden beets and paired with Enkidu Kinfandel (USA).
Finally, finish the evening off with a Pear and Almond Tart paired with Atholl Brose Liqueur (Scotland).
