Chef Lauren Van Liew is a champion of both Food Network's Chopped and Food Network's Supermarket Stakeout. In 2021, she was awarded the title of Chef de l'Avenir (The Chef of The Future) by the International Gastronomy Academy. She's the founder and executive chef of Chef Covas Catering, and she lives in central New Jersey.
