About this Author

Clive Holden is a poet, fiction writer, filmmaker, and media artist. He was born in 1959 on Vancouver Island, has lived in Montreal, Winnipeg and Toronto.

Clive is the author of Fury--Fictions & Films, a collection of literary fiction, graphic poetry and "flip book animations" made with film stills. His experimental films have been screened at film festivals, in London, San Francisco, Montréal, Toronto and Vancouver.

Clive was also the poetry columnist for CBC Radio's "Definitely Not the Opera" for three years, and has produced seven spoken word audio CDs, by some of Canada's greatest poets, and a poetry documentary broadcast on CBC Television. In 1999 he produced and narrated "Citizen Poet Becomes Senior Citizen," a 35-minute CBC Radio documentary feature marking Leonard Cohen's 65th birthday.
