Jack Thornes's previous plays include When You Cure Me (Bush Theatre), Stacy (Arcola Theatre) and Fanny and Faggot (Finborough Theatre). He also writes for television ( Skins and Shameless ) and cinema (The Scouting Book for Boys , which also premieres in 2009). He lives in London.
