This gospel tract is designed to give to kids aged 6-11 at Harvest or Halloween. With bright pictures, simple text and a fun fold-out design, it uses a pumpkin to illustrate the gospel: We have been grown and cared for by the ultimate gardener, our Heavenly Father. Our core is a bit yucky, but Jesus came to make us clean. Jesus is the light of the world who lives in us if we follow him. So, just as as candle lights up a pumpkin, the Holy Spirit helps us to live in the light.
About this Author
Ed Drew is the Director of Faith in Kids, resourcing children's ministry in the local church. Before that for twelve years he was the Children's Worker at Dundonald Church, South West London. He's married to Mary and they have three children. Previously Ed was an Engineer and he is still happiest building and fixing things.
