Reviews
"If you seek to become a better person and a better leader, you must first do the inner work in order to achieve the outer results. This deep, rich, and meaningful book gives you the insights, exercises, and courage to move forward. This book is not a quick fix, but a well-thought-out process that can result in significant transformation, providing an on-going pathway to rediscovering wholeness." --Geery Howe, Executive Coach in Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Change, Morning Star Associates "Take It All Apart is an easy-to-use guide, a handbook if you will, that takes us through the mind and body process of life patterns, influences, and how to change. Lindsay Leahy's work guides each of us to the recognition of life's chronic busyness--and the internal work we can do to achieve focus on a life that allows us to fulfill our full potential. Humans learn patterns for coping with life very early. While necessary at the time, patterns can overstay their usefulness. Lindsay's work directs the individual to connect the mind and body, access inner knowing, and listen to the message from within. With focus, assessment, and integration, we each have the inner power to change our lives to meet our highest potential." --Nancy Lynk, Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking, U.S. Bank "In Take It All Apart, Lindsay Leahy leads readers on a profound journey of self-discovery, paralleling her path from vulnerability to empowerment.
