About this Author

Anne Sawan is a children's author and child psychologist. In 2014 she won the International Book Contest by Inclusive Works and Clavis Publishing for her picture book What Can Your Grandma Do? During a stroll through the book store, Anne noticed that all books about grandparents tend to show them doing things such as playing bridge or knitting. And yet there are so many active grandparents! To Anne, family is very important. She's happily married with her best friend, and mother of five active and sometimes aggravating children. Besides them, she also loves to eat, run, write and read.

Judi Abbot was born and raised in Italy. She studied illustration at the art school in Milan. Now, she lives with her family in London. Judy usually works with acrylics, collage and color pencils, but she is also good with digital media. Next to her work as an illustrator, Judy organizes creative workshops for children in bookshops and in libraries.
