Description

Unlock the power of your dreams with Little Hidden Doors: A Guided Journal for Deep Dreamers. Psychotherapist and intuitive counselor Naomi Sangreal has crafted this exquisite dream journal, brimming with wisdom, prompts, and art that illuminate the mind's amazing self-healing abilities. As Carl Jung, the founder of Jungian psychology, famously stated, "the dream is a little hidden door to the innermost recesses of the soul." Drawing upon her expertise as a practicing witch and dream expert, Sangreal provides accessible insights into the psychological and scientific nature of dreams, empowering you to decode your dreams, explore your shadow, unveil guidance from your unconscious, and dispel limiting beliefs with this dream interpretation journal.

Little Hidden Doors stimulates creativity and taps into intuition through dreamwork prompts, visualizations, and exercises. Engage in writing, collage, painting, and meditation to access inspiration and inner truths. Enriched with Sangreal's original artwork and wisdom from her popular psychology and dream interpretation courses, this journal prompts readers to discard dismissive thoughts of "it was just a dream" and embrace a newfound appreciation for the full potential of their minds.

Whether you grapple with insomnia, anxiety, depression, or simply seek to ignite your creativity, Little Hidden Doors is your ally. Functioning as both a transformative sleep journal and a guided mental health journal, it assures you that you will expand self-awareness, contemplate revelations, receive intuitive guidance, and nurture your connection with the magical portal of dreams.
