Description

"Our Father, Who Art in Cuba" tells the story of five half-brothers and -sisters, who share a common malady on the island - an absent father. The story revolves around the struggle of the single mothers in a masochistic world. The five hundred year old city of Trinidad is the backdrop for the story, and its sights, sounds and smells make it a protagonist all its own. The reader will feel like they have taken two trips -- one to the tropical island and the other back in time. Ironically, this broken family provides lessons in values and loyalty that all of us can identify with, no matter our background or location.
