Annie's neighbor Penelope is sick and can't take care of her pony, Pebbles. Annie volunteers to help the normally snobby Penelope because of her love for all things horse-related. Penelope, however, is less than grateful and plays a spooky joke on Annie. Ned to the rescue! He gallops out of his magical poster to help Annie convince Penelope that there just might be a ghost in her house.
