May 17 street date. Shellac return with their sixth album, "To All Trains", their first album since 2014's "Dude Incredible". Shellac is still Steve Albini (guitar), Todd Trainer (drums), and Bob Weston (bass). Recording and mixing took place at Electrical Audio in Chicago over a bunch of long weekends between November 2017 and March 2022. The record was mastered by Bob and Steve at Chicago Mastering Service. As usual with Shellac, this record will have no formal promotion. There will be no advertisements, no press or radio promotion, no e-promotion, no promotional or review copies, no promotional gimmick items, and otherwise no free lunch.
