The New York Times has released its annual list of 100 outstanding titles in fiction, non-fiction and poetry published in 2008.

The newspaper also published a list of eight Notable Children's Books.

Robert J. Sawyer, the Dean of Canadian Science Fiction, has been chosen to play host to Vision Television's seventeen-part documentary program Supernatural Investigator.
