Suicide Denied: A Survivor’s Tale is a candid depiction of John Melnick’s seven-year struggle with depression and suicide. John shares strategies he has learned as a mental illness survivor. Out of the Shadows contains strategies to recognize and deal with depression in the workplace and seeks to remove the stigma around mental illness in the workplace and society in general.
