Shakedown: How Our Government is Undermining Democracy in the Name of Human Rights (McClelland & Stewart)

As the publisher of the Western Standard magazine, Ezra Levant was charged by the Government of Alberta for publishing the controversial Danish cartoons in 2006. Shakedown is the result of this experience and his own research that followed. Levant argues that our concept of human rights has morphed into something dangerous and drastically different from it�s original meaning.
