Butternut Squash Soup with white truffle oil and chive crème fresh, Parsnip Soup with Beet Puree, Crispy Slices of Duck Breast on top of mixed greens with black berries, fire roasted cherries, a Saskatoon berry vinaigrette, and a drizzle of berry molasses, Crab and Shrimp stuffed Ravioli made in house served on pureed butternut squash with crispy pancetta and finished with a creamy roasted garlic and white wine sauce
or
Roasted Cherry Tomatoes with Garlic and Fresh Basil on Sliced Baguettes with Ricotta and Boccincini Cheeses, finished with Clover Blossom Honey and Balsamic Glaze and served with a side of mixed olives.
For a main course, your choice of:
Beef Tenderloin served on a goat cheese and potato cake with gold beets, and finished with a red wine demi glaze, Tomato Pesto Marinated Halibut wrapped with proscuitto served with baby fingerling potatoes, and roasted cherry tomatoes and garnished with a bacon and feta salad, Bell Peppers stuffed with couscous, black currants, chickpeas, feta cheese, served with a fresh basil cream sauce or
Bacon and Herb Stuffed Chicken served with roasted baby potatoes tossed in garlic butter and steak spice and parsnip puree .
