Presentation on Graphic Novels and Comic Art

Antoinette Martens gives her personal perspective as a politically engaged artist on women, art and education and provides an intro to self-expression. She’d like to get back to the days when Vincent Massey made art as popular as sports, the way it should be. Antoinette has been interested in graphic novels and comic art since her childhood and her experience in the non-traditional labour force influences her approach to story and art.
