Award winning veteran journalist Cecil Rosner takes us deep into the world of “muckraking” in Canada by telling the story of how investigative journalism has evolved over the past decades. Rosner is managing editor for television and radio at CBC Manitoba. He teaches investigative journalism at the University of Winnipeg and is the recipient of two Michener and two Gemini Awards.
