Tor Books, publisher of 's Wheel of Time fantasy novels, has pushed the publication of The Gathering Storm - Book 12 of the series - forward from November 3rd, 2009 to Tuesday, October 27th. The Gathering Storm is the first of three novels to be finished from Jordan's notes by fellow fantasy scribe . Read an interview with Sanderson here.

's The Graveyard Book, which recently scored a World Fantasy Award nomination (along with just about every other major honour it's eligible for) has won the Hugo Award for best novel.
