The Atrium at The Grant Park location was filled with laughter as we celebrated the winners of our Grade 5/6 Writing contest. This year's theme was Laugh Out Loud and the crowd did so as our three talented winners read their winning entries aloud.

Felicite Warner passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Our deepest condolences go out to her family . She will be very much missed by them and by those of us who were fortunate enough to know and work with her.
There are countless children (and adults) in Winnipeg who owe their love of reading to "bookseller extraordinaire" Felicité Warner. For years Fel recommended the best of books to countless young people, as well as the parents and grandparents shopping on their behalf.
