Through many generations, the Barnett family men have died just before their 35th birthdays. Molly and Adam are aware of this gruesome statistic, and as their own Barnett father approaches his 35th, the two young people are becoming increasingly apprehensive.
In this recently released middle-year novel by local Winnipeg authors and , readers are invited into a world that teeters between real and unreal. Do ghosts exist, and if so, what can they do or not do in communicating with the living? Can a ghost save a life? Or commit murder?
The Proof that Ghosts Exist is a fast-paced, simply written tale that poses several mysteries and answers only some of them. This, and the glimpse into Book 2 that is provided at the end of the novel, will certainly have readers eagerly awaiting the next installment in the trilogy.
