Don't miss CBC Newsworld's airing of the BBC documentary A Year in the Life of J.K. Rowling on Sunday, February 10th at 8:00 p.m. ET. I caught its first airing on Feb. 4th and it's well worth a look.
In this remarkable film by , Jo, as she's known to intimates, opens up about the writing process, her marriage and her life before and after fame and fortune. Runcie coaxes from her a vulnerable, endearing side not normally on view. Fans will love her emotional journey back to the flat where she finished the first Harry Potter book. I loved her most decided dislike of the more egregious aspects of the limelight.
