Chef Kris Hamilton and manager Dawn Wreford hosted Tastes of Spain and Portugal: An Evening of Food & Wine last night in the Saskatoon Prairie Ink Restaurant, to rave reviews.
Guests were treated to a five course meal complimented by seven different wines and ports. Each beverage was introduced and described in detail by local wine expert Robyn Schindel of Pacific Wine and Spirits. Based on responses from guests, a very enjoyable evening was had by all.
Plans are in the works for future wine tasting events, and other events featuring the culinary talents of Chef Hamilton (including our Mother's Day Brunch and High Tea with Mother and Me, both held on May 11), so stay tuned!
