"I am trying to find a children's book that I once saw in you Winnipeg location. It was a board book format about snowmen and what they get up to when nobody's around. I don't think there were any words. I believe at one point they might have been playing hockey."

Thanks for your question, Jen. Lynn (manager of McNally Robinson for Kids at Grant Park in Winnipeg) says the board book you are thinking of is Snowmen at Night, by Caralyn Buehner. This is a favourite winter time book about the antics snowmen get up to at night while everyone else is sleeping. It isn't hockey they play however, but baseball!
