Nick DiChario has successfully ushered in a new type of event at our Grant Park Location in Winnipeg. The Workshop Series will take place Saturday mornings at 10:30am and will give new writers the opportunity to gain advice from published writers, and perhaps even work directly with them. Come with a notepad in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other.

On Saturday, September 1st, Nick DiChario led a workshop on How to Break into Sci-Fi/Fantasy. DiChario offered several useful suggestions on how to learn your craft and how to network, and was extremely generous with describing his personal experiences in the industry.

The event went so well, we have to do it again!
