The Prix Aurora Awards, Canada's highest honour in the field of speculative fiction, are now accepting nominations for all categories. To nominate, you must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident. The ballot will remain open until February 15th. You can find a partial list of eligible titles here for works in English, and here for works in French.

Some eligible titles that have been reviewed by McNally Robinson include: Indigo Springs by A.M. Dellamonica, Warden of Greyrock by K.V. Johansen, The King's Daughters by Nathalie Mallet, Wake by Robert J. Sawyer, Steel Whispers by Hayden Trenholm, and The World More Full of Weeping by Robert J. Wiersema.

Not reviewed on this site, but still excellent reads and deserving books are Frostbitten by Kelley Armstrong, Terra Insegura by Edward Willett and Julian Comstock by Robert Charles Wilson.

This year, Winnipeg's annual science fiction and fantasy convention, Keycon will be hosting the Aurora Awards.
