Rhonda Kennedy Rogers is known for her recent stage roles as Czarina of Russia and Queen of the Fairies. She grew up in a magical playground of creativity: her first stage being her father’s photo studio, dancing to the fairy-arias her mother played on piano, singing with her opera aunt, and playing dress-up in her NY aunt’s fashion designs. Such experiences added to her U of M training in fine art illustration and storytelling in many languages. Often called ‘Help-me Rhonda’, she has granted wishes for ill children, worked as a community developer, a spin-doctor and costumer. A published writer, artist and program developer, Rhonda has traded in her suit for a suitcase of stories, props and costumes to deliver performance art with a strong community message. Her skills include an alphabet soup of awareness, ensuring that everyone enjoys an inclusive and magnificent experience.
