Dr. Jamie Falk is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist practicing in the area of family medicine/primary care in Winnipeg.He attained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UBC in 2004. Since 2007, he has been working primarily with the management of chronic diseases, involving therapeutic problem solving and translation of medical knowledge to physicians, nurses, and patients. His primary site of practice is the Kildonan Medical Centre. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor with the Faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy at the University of Manitoba. He speaks in a variety of venues on topics including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, balanced approaches to the use of natural products, and the use of best medical evidence to enhance patient care.
