
The Margaret Laurence Award for Fiction will be presented to the Manitoba writer whose book is judged the best book of adult fiction written in English and published in 2007. The award was created, and is sponsored by the Manitoba Department of Culture, Heritage and Tourism. The author will receive a cash prize of $3,500.
