This promises to be an exciting opportunity to learn from an established author with a passion for young adult fiction. There is no charge for the evening, but teens must have read the book. The winners of the Grades Five & Six writing contest have been chosen. This year's subject was "All Creatures Great and Small". Once again this contest was a great success, with 48 entries submitted and 5 winners decided upon. We would like to thank all the authors for their creative and enthusiastic animal stories. It was a pleasure to read all of these original works and difficult to choose only five.
I wonder what our theme should be next year...
