Del Rey Books has acquired the rights to publish comic book and graphic novel adaptations of and 's The Talisman. Some of King's works have already made a successful transition to the graphic form with Marvel Comics, who released two volumes of his The Dark Tower as graphic novels: The Gunslinger Born and The Long Road Home. Marvel is currently adapting another of the horror giant's signature works, The Stand.
