

The Bram Stoker Awards for Superior Achievement in Horror have announced their shortlists in all categories. The Stokers are awarded for Superior Achievement rather than "best of year" and its rules are deliberately designed to make ties probable.

The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association (SFWA) has announced their shortlists in all categories for the Nebula Awards. The Nebula Awards are voted on by active members of the SFWA, and are considered one of the "big three" awards for the genre, alongside the Hugos and the John W. Campbell Memorial Award. Winners will be announced May 15th.

The Prix Aurora Awards, Canada's highest honour in the field of speculative fiction, are now accepting nominations for all categories. To nominate, you must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident. The ballot will remain open until February 15th.
